We mill all our grains just before we bake with them to ensure that you get the highest quality baked goods and the greatest availability of the fiber, vitamins and healthy oils that naturally occur in the grains.
Freshly milled grains, in baked goods free from white sugar, white flour and hydrogenated oils.
Our wheat and other grains are certified chemical-free and our spelt is certified organic.
